Beginning on Thursday, July 15, 2021, Canvas is implementing regular maintenance windows for each of its customer regions. These windows will fall on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Each window will last for two hours, although it is not expected that Canvas will be down for the entirety of the two-hour window.
The window for Central Time (U.S. and Canada), including UChicago, lasts from 2:05 A.M. to 4:05 A.M. CDT. Please be aware that your access to Canvas may be interrupted during this window.
To view the maintenance window in Canvas, go to Account → Settings.
The maintenance window will appear in Settings under Time Zone.
